Structure: Your paper, will be an in-depth, critical analysis of a single chapter. In any case, make sure all main quotes are from the textbook(s) and materials listed in the syllabus. Aim for about 15-20 direct quotes from the textbook(s) followed by your own critical reflection and conclusion.
Citations: After you cover the basics as required, you can refer to any outside sources if they meaningfully contribute to the development of your core argument. Any such additions will result in some additional points earned too. Yet, the number of external quotes (quotes from outside the textbook) should be limited to 10. Again, what really matters, your priority, is your closely studied reflection on the textbook.
