The purpose of this assignment is for you to recount and reflect on the feedback you receive from your mentor (and cooperating teacher if available) on two of the lessons that you teach for your formal observations in your student teaching placement. Must be at least 2 page double spaced. You must include but not limited to your observer’s feedback, your action plan on how to incorporate the feedback, how you feel about the lesson plan.
