Provide several strategic or operational planning recommendations based on the results of the scan.
The operational and strategic planning recommendations based on the scan include; First, the task force of Howard University should prioritize and develop different strategies to revolutionize the academic programs within the university. Improving academic programs will attract more students and revenue to the university because clients tend to look out for institutions that will best suit their needs. Secondly, the staff of Howard University needs to harden empirical learning among all colleges and faculties. Empirical learning is based on comparing many objects and forming a concept from the observations made. It is a way of providing students with optimal and general methods of approaching certain issues they face in class. Lastly, Howard University should ensure their development activities succeed with the support of the board available. Successful projects can enable the university to secure adequate funding for future projects (Taylor, 2016).
The results of your external scan should indicate how the institution can better provide at least 2.

The results of the external scan include; First, they were able to identify and seek various opportunities for students to learn and grow. The reason is that it belongs concerns all the stakeholders and embraces the legacy of the university, and leads to effective change in the community. Secondly, it has led to the establishment of real estate opportunities; for example, more research centers have been established so that students can excel in their studies. The recommendations presented by my peers are great, and if they are implemented, they can be used to improve some aspects of the university stated (Thomas, 2018).
