Your organization has a number of relationship conflicts between individuals and departments. Describe a team building exercise you would use as a leader of the organization. This can be a team building exercise that already exists, or one that you create.
Describe two actions, in addition to a team building exercise, that you could take as a leader to get your organization working together as a more effective/stronger team.
