Dr. P is interested in marketing his new educational computer program that he believes will make students perform better on exams. He studied 200 university students who had similar grades. He gave half of the students the educational computer program to study with and the other half continued with their own method of studying. He gave the entire participant group the same final exam and found that the computer group performed significantly better on the exam.
