1) TAXONOMY. What is the scientific name of your species? What domain, kingdom, phylum, family and genus does it belong to? How is it similar to other members of its genus, its family and how is it different?
2) CHARACTERISTICS. Describe its location – past and current range (with map of past and current range), diet, reproduction and behavior.
3) STATUS. What is its current endangered status according to the IUCN Red List? What is this species typical habitat? How did this species become endangered? How much did human activity contribute to its decline?
4) RESPONSE. What interventions or practices (if any) were introduced to help this species survive?
5) FUTURE. What is its prognosis for long term survival?
