Part A
The EFQM Business Excellence Model is to be applied in a report to an organisation of choice, to identify and capture strengths and areas for improvements to the organisation. I would prefer a health care organisation in North America, but any organisation that suits is fine. Please refer to the upload material for font, line spacing, page layout. Please refer to the EFQM Excellence Model Book 2013 for details of the model. Please ensure that there is an introduction to the company as per assessment instructions.
