This paper DOES NOT focus on the readings, this essay focus is what the prompt question is asking.
Before you can begin to address the question that is being asked, you must first Rhetorically Analyze the readings you have chosen, in order to decipher if the author is successful in reaching his or her audience, how is this achieved (Rhetorical Strategies), and what larger point it makes about the importance of Effective Communication. By conducting this pre-writing and thinking work, it leads to making an argument for the Prompt question. Many students are focusing on the reading as the basis for the assignment, is this is not the goal, task, or what the prompt instructions are stating. We must slow down when approaching the prompt to look closely, to look again, to spend more time in this area before we begin to draft.

This is not an Essay Assignment and there are many parts to it, which is the reason I have allowed so much time in preparation for the assignment, working with the tutor and meeting with the Instructor During office hours or attending Instructor Workshops.
