Identify a problem or opportunity to enhance healthcare and complete the following grant application:

I. Title of Project

II. Project Abstract (please limit to 300 words)-This should be an overall explanation of the need and purpose of your proposal.

III. Project Description

a. Need-explain why your project should be funded and provide data with proper citations.

b. Objectives-describe the goals of the project and how the project will contribute to the healthcare profession

c. Budget-give a detailed breakdown of how much money you are seeking with specifics of what the money will be used for. Cite all sources.

This project is an opportunity for you to create a plan to improve some aspect of the healthcare field. There are no physical or monetary limitations on what you can propose. Examples are: create a product, provide education or training, build facilities, or improve existing treatment.

The focus of the application should be to explain the proposed project, how much money is being sought, and what the money will be used for.

Complete each section of the application with details and data for the need as well as the feasibility of the project. Make sure you include citations for all sources used. Provide graphs, photographs, prototypes, or other visuals to enhance your application. There is no minimum page requirement.

The completed project is due on or before Monday, July 26. Unexcused late assignments will not be accepted. Your project must be submitted through Moodle. Your grade will be assessed based upon originality, quality of research, visuals, accuracy of the format, and professionalism of the application (wocixrd usage, grammar, and spelling).
