Using creativity and critical thinking, talk about the Key Factors Influencing Valuation.
Briefly describe the various sources of capital (i.e., debt, equity, a mixture of both) that are available to Cougar Doors. Based on the valuation, do you recommend Cougar Doors raise capital? Why?
