Skills Audit

EdTech jobs are in demand. In this growing profession, the needs, duties, and qualifications are always changing. Even job titles are changing and you will see everything from Technology Specialist to Educational Technology Leader and Developer. For this discussion, you will do a skills audit on an EdTech specialist job. Using popular job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Career Builder, do a job search for different EdTech positions and compile a list of the qualifications that are common across the different industries. What skills do you think are going to be the most important for a position in your field? Describe what youve found and the hard and soft skills you feel are essential to the position and why.
