evaluation methods. As you write the case study using the Framework, be sure that you:
Identify key decisions (as reported in the articles) related to the implementations success or failure during
the 6 phases of systems analysis and design [conducting preliminary investigation, analyzing the current
(old) system, designing the new system, developing the system, implementing the system, and maintaining
the system].
Compare and contrast the factors in the success or failure (or both) to factors described in the literature or
text as related to success and failure of implementations.
You may use these articles in your mid-term examination and in your comprehensive final examination.
Tip: Choose an implementation related to your systematic review and your Mock IRB Application (comprehensive
final examination). You can re-use the information that you obtain.
FRAMEWORK

When using the Framework, I expected you to supplement your interview or review of the literature with
supporting documentation from the textbook, other books, other articles, and other resources (such as
government web sites, technical reports, etc.).
