What do you envision when you imagine a vibrant residential learning community? What contribution would you be able to make to that community? What limitation might you encounter in a residential community that you would not in a traditional school. Based upon what you described, explain why you wish to attend the college summer program.
This is a summer program allowing me to get a college experience through lectures and group discussions.
-I imagine this learning community to have many people much like myself, ready to learn and teach through our own experiences skill sets.
-As stated above, through my own personal experiences and values; I hope to offer a different view on what’s being taught. as well as diversity ( multicultural background)
-A limitation: misplaced from comfort zone, new level of responsibility
– I am excited to get more experience outside of my comfort zone while being away from my family for an extended period of time.
