I am a CEO of one investment company and managing more 200 staffs, including Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Investment Analysts and Administrative staffs. I am taking a part-time master course of Psychology Counselling that would benefit to my daily life on effective communication with different people.
Through the study on classes, I am very interest with the theories on Person Centre, CBT and Reality. Also, I would like to apply the similar knowledge and skills to my personal life and relationship with my staff in the company.
