Influence of leadership and organizational culture on the employee’s behaviour and business activities in a foreign subsidiary

The organisation im doing the proposal on is based in the United Arab Emirates and the subsidiary in South Africa. I will collect the primary data from the employees in South Africa. I do not have access to the HQ in UAE. This is only the proposal for the dissertation, and if accepted, I can move forward with the dissertation.
