It is no secret that the USA has a significant gun death problem but while a very prevent issue over half of those deaths are from gun suicide. Additionally, the USA has locked up many more people for their various additions instead of getting these people the help they need. The list of these systemic Issues goes on and on. So make an argument that these issues are systemic Issues and instead of just banning or making stuff like guns or drugs illegal we need to get to the root of these issues. An example is Canada which focuses on rehabilitating drug addicts instead of arresting them.
