Detailed information
Based on Modules 6 topic, readings and your own research reflect on the
design of your curriculum and/or the delivery of your (1) learning episode
(Assessment 2). If you haven't yet delivered this, then you can only talk
about the curriculum/lesson planning.
Use Zwozdiak-Myers, 2020 Framework of Reflective Practice, to guide
your critical reflection on the overall effectiveness of the approach you
took. Consider the curriculum design, the selection of resources,
activities, outcomes etc. the lesson delivery and how it was received by
your targeted learners. If available gather some
feedback (quote/testimonials/images) from colleagues or students to
support your ideas.
Go back to your original rationale (Assessment 2) for the design of the
curriculum for your adult learners to support the reflections on your
experiences so far, the successes, challenges, and future ideas regarding
your curriculum design and lesson delivery. You can do this in first
person e.g., I if you want.

Reflect upon what worked and what you might do differently next time
and why? You will need to consider the strengths and weaknesses of
your designed curriculum plan, in relation to your context and the
learners. Discuss the effectiveness of the learning experience if you
delivered the learning to your target group of learners and why is was
most appropriate or not?
To support your reflections, include comments from the learners and/or
colleagues, you own experiences as the designer or facilitator of learning
in addition to appropriate literature.
