Research from a Canadian government/academic library a relevant change initiative and support your proposal with references from business media reports, and your own insights, you may cite examples of real companies.
Create a 15-slide-maximum presentation using PowerPoint.
It must introduce the change initiative and provide background information to support the initiative.
The presentation must provide the approach for successful implementation using the Kotter model for leading change.
