Find two different cases wherein a novel technology is being used by a company (e.g., AR, robotic delivery, etc.). What is each company and what is the respective technology?

Analyze the technology based on both: Porters Five Forces Model and the RBV Model.
Consider whether the discussed technology is a VRIN resource and whether it would create (sustained or temporary) competitive advantage.
Also consider the five attributes (i.e., switching costs, access to capital, proprietary technology, technical IT skills, and managerial IT skills) of IT resources. Discuss which attribute(s) may generate a competitive advantage for the company in relation to the new technology.
Lastly, assume you are a competitor to the company. Discuss what would you do. (Would you adopt the same or a similar technology? Would you do nothing? Etc.) What actions would you take?
