The “thesis overview” and “thesis proposal outline” files has the overall plan for the thesis. It is ok to slightly change the idea. However, the thesis should have a simulation model (preferred on MATLAB) and a Case Study.
The “13 SCI-optimal scheduling of…” file has to be one of the used references for the thesis.
