H-E-B is an American privately held supermarket chain based in San Antonio, Texas, with more than 350 stores primarily throughout the U.S. state of Texas, as well as in northeast Mexico.
Choose either Chick-fil-A or H-E-B and prepare a report for the companys overall entry strategy into a foreign country. Your report should include
1. Discuss about the economic and political factors that influence the potential attractiveness of the foreign country you proposed to enter. Why these factors are important when evaluating the environment of doing business and how do they affect your business in a foreign country?
